How to make micro needle for artificial insemination.

I. Preparation Materials

1. 100 µL (microliter) Micro-Glass Pipettes

   • Specifications: Inner Diameter 1mm, Outer Diameter 2mm, Length 100mm.

     
     

2. Microscope

   • Approximately 10x magnification, as used during artificial insemination.

     
     

3. Birthday Candle

   • Selected for its slow heating rate, which allows for better control during the process.

     
     

4. Cutter

   • A glass cutter is preferred, though a hacksaw or a pruning shear sharpener can be used. Create a small scratch on one side of the glass tube and snap it in the opposite direction.

     

5. Sandpaper

   • 2000-grit (US standard)

     

6. Sample micro needle

   • Used for size comparison.
